website. Stained Skin has been in existence since January 5th, 1994
and has gained international recognition due to its crew of exceptional
tattoo artists and body piercers. Stained Skin has two shop divisions:
The Mighty Stained Skin and Stained Skin 2 - Second Skin. The Mighty
Stained Skin is located at 1255 N. High St. Columbus, Ohio in the Art
District called the Short North. Stained Skin2 - Second Skin is located
at 1022 Mt. Vernon Rd. in Durb's hometown of Newark, Ohio.
Upon arrival at Stained Skin, you'll find a relaxed atmosphere, hear some great music and receive a friendly greeting. The studios are eye candy for anyone who appreciates art, displaying original art works throughout the studios. The Fine art gallery at the Mighty Stained Skin has rotating fine art gallery shows every other month that are open to the public. A wide array of guest artists have done time at Stained Skin. Some of these artists include Timothy Hoyer, Joe Capobianco, Eric Merrill, Chris O'Donnell, Casey Korclik, St. Marq, and Steve Haworth and we continue to have many incredible guest artists come through. Stained Skin has tattooed many bands including The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Good Charlotte, Papa Roach, Face to Face, & Hot Water Music just to name a few.
